Elite Mechanical Services LLC was founded on July 31, 2021 by four owners — Cassie Stayton, Sarah Evans, Daniel Evans, and Chad Stayton — who wanted to build a commercial mechanical company the right way: credentialed, union-backed, and relationship-driven. Every one of Elite's four owners holds an executive role. Cassie serves as CEO, Sarah as CFO, Chad as Chief Project Officer, and Daniel as Chief Service Officer. That structure means clients work directly with ownership — not a sales team or a dispatcher.

Elite is minority-owned, woman-owned, Indigenous-owned (Cassie Stayton is a member of the Cowlitz Tribe), and Latino-owned. We hold MWBE, DBE, and PWSBE supplier diversity certifications and maintain active project connections with the Cowlitz, Chehalis, Nisqually, and Squaxin nations. We don’t do residential work. Every project we take on is for a commercial, institutional, or public-sector facility — and our entire team is built around that focus.

Cassie Stayton, Sarah Evans, Daniel Evans, and Chad Stayton built Elite Mechanical Services around a simple principle — that commercial facilities in the South Sound deserve a mechanical contractor with real technical depth, not just a service truck and a phone number.
